Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and oversee construction activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and safety standards
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore
- OSHA 30 certification is required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
