Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand effectively.
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Utilize SAP and other tools to track supply chain metrics and performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to improve supply chain processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to production, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years in production planning, inventory control and manufacturing.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with SAP and other supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in capacity planning and master production scheduling.
