Position Overview

The Survey Crew Chief will lead a team of survey professionals in conducting field surveys for various projects, including oil and gas, engineering, and geospatial applications. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure accurate data collection and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey crew in the execution of field surveys for oil, gas, and engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during survey operations.
• Conduct surveys using the latest technology and techniques, including GPS and total stations.
• Review and verify survey data for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to define survey requirements and objectives.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and crew members on best practices and technical skills.
