Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Systems Integrator to design, develop, and optimize control systems for our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and reliability through effective automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all water and wastewater control systems while integrating new technology and solutions (Rockwell/Allen Bradley)
- Troubleshoot control systems and operator interfaces while working with SCADA team
- Coordinate operational team members and contractors during construction and implementation of new systems
- Assist in integration of new systems including layout, connection, routing and testing
- Work with SCADA team to integrate new devices and systems
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs for automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems and processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of control system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Control Systems (Rockwell/ Allen Bradley) including programming, repairing, and maintaining control systems
- Experience programing Rockwell automation PLCS using Ladder Logic and Function Block
- Knowledge of HMI and industrial controls is a plus.
- Experience with system integration and controls engineering best practices.
