Position Overview
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operation of all systems. This role requires a proactive approach to infrastructure management and support, providing technical expertise and guidance to enhance our IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure including servers, storage, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
- Implement and manage IT asset management (ITAM) processes to track and optimize technology resources.
- Utilize Freshservice for incident management, service requests, and asset tracking.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Administration principles and best practices.
- Experience with Freshservice and IT asset management tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Zendesk, Azure, Python, Active Directory, Exchange, and O365 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
