Overview

We are seeking a Tax Accountant or Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. This role is designed for a tax professional with solid analytical and a background in preparing complex tax returns for both businesses and individuals. You will collaborate to provide strategic tax planning, ensure compliance, and help clients achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and help review tax returns for corporations & partnerships at the federal, state and local levels
• Conduct in-depth tax research and stay up to date on relevant tax laws and regulations
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, focusing on strategies to reduce liabilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to offer integrated services, delivering comprehensive client solutions
• Mentor and support junior staff
• Support ESOP clients with specialized tax compliance and planning services
  
  

Qualifications

• CPA License or Actively Pursing CPA
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3yrs of Public Accounting Experience
• Strong Knowledge of Tax Laws including Corporate and Partnership Taxation
