Key Responsibilities:
- Expand revenue from existing clients by identifying business opportunities and implementing effective short-term and long-term business plans.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted business advisor, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Work directly with clients and manage staff to achieve billing, realization, and days outstanding objectives.
- Meet business development revenue expectations by adding new clients, cross-serving activity, and executing a personal marketing plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 12 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
- 8 years of supervisory experience.
- Active CPA or equivalent certification.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven business integrity, client service, and leadership skills.
