Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns for S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals.
- Advise clients on tax strategies and planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
- Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns prepared by junior staff members.
- Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Assist in audits and inquiries from tax authorities when necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in the tax department.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
