We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our tax compliance and planning functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while providing strategic tax planning advice to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liability and enhance financial performance.
- Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Stay current on tax legislation and ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and reviews.
- Prepare and present tax-related reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
