We are a 30 employee firm was founded 20 years ago & we specialize in multiple verticals including Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and more. Currently, we are seeking to add an experienced Tax Senior to our team - ideally hybrid or fully remote.

What You Need for this Position
Required
- At least 1-3 years of Public Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Pass-Through Exp
- Active CPA or EA
Salary: $70k- $90k
- Annual Bonus
- Safe harbor 401K (4% match on employee contributions of 5%)
- Group term life equal to 1X salary
- Group LT disability coverage
- PTO depending on the number of year experience (ranging from 160 hour for new hires up to 240 hours for 10 year experience)
- One 3-day weekend during busy season (February / March) as we normally work on Saturday during the first 4 months of the year
- Beginning 1/1/25, the office will be closed on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day, unless there is an extraordinary client issue requiring folks to work on a specific project
- 40 hours of CPE paid for by the firm annually, along with AICPA / INCPAS dues
- Dream manager funding program
- 4 Day work week from July-December 31
