Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to optimize clients' financial positions.
- Research complex tax issues and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, helping them develop technical skills and grow in their careers.
- Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and deliver expert advice.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation (or actively working toward completion).
- 3 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
