Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships
- Conduct tax research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients
- Assist in tax planning and compliance projects
- Manage and mentor junior staff members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with audit teams to provide necessary tax information and support during audits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience working with C-Corp, S-Corp, and partnership tax returns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
