Position Overview
The Tax Senior will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the tax preparation and review process for our clients. This position is designed for a proactive individual with strong public accounting experience who will contribute to our team's success by ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing strategic tax planning advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations during the review process.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax filings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- CPA or EA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
