Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare a wide range of returns including corporate, partnership, fiduciary, individual, and multi-state
- Support client engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
- Assist with tax research and planning as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of public accounting and tax experience
- Experience with multiple types of returns (corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, multi-state)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPA license (or actively pursuing, with at least one section passed)
- Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Base salary of $90,000-$125,000 annual performance bonuses
- Fully remote flexibility with firm-provided equipment
