We are seeking an experienced Team Lead in Land Development within the Civil Engineering sector to oversee and guide a team of engineers in the successful execution of land development projects. This position is essential for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of civil engineers in land development projects.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
- Review and approve design plans and engineering calculations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) candidates will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
- Proven experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
