Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers in the development and optimization of blow molding processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to mold and tooling design.
- Conduct regular assessments of mold processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all engineering activities.
- Develop training programs for engineering staff on best practices in plastics manufacturing and tooling design.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in plastics engineering to enhance company capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Plastics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in blow molding or plastics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mold design and tooling engineering principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to mold design and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
