Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop project schedules using MS Project and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize VAEP, PNR, and ECR methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure project adheres to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of Aerospace Industry.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in production- manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, particularly MS Project.
- Experience with VAEP, PNR, and ECR methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
