Location: Riverside, MO or anywhere near and airport that can travel to HQ routinely (Riverside, MO)
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 5% bonus
Requirements: PLCs, ac/dc, Servo Motors, equipment install/repair, with a strong mechanical/electrical background
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to help develop and update training material for our equipment. You will also coordinate and facilitate training with our customers both onsite and in the field. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise with machines and equipment, along with the professional skills to create and deliver training programs. While preference is given to local candidates who can work from the office when not traveling, we are open to remote candidates near an airport who can regularly travel to our offices and customer locations.
What You Will Be Doing
The Technical Trainer provides training on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated machinery to customers, agents, affiliates, and internal staff. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, developing syllabi, and testing trainees. Extensive travel is required for on-site training at customer locations and headquarters in Riverside, Missouri, with occasional international travel.

- Travel for Local Candidates: On-site at HQ in Riverside, MO when you're not traveling.
- Travel for out-of-state candidates: Trips to Riverside, MO at least once a month. Ability to work from home when not traveling.
- Travel Length: Normal work hours Mon-Friday. Most cases, travel would be through the week 1-3 days at a time. Some cases might need to leave Sunday night for a Monday training.

What You Need For This Position
- AAS/Bachelors in Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar field PREFERRED; strong equivalent experience also accepted
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation
- Track record in developing and executing successful training classes and programs.
- Experience working food processing and/or packaging preferred
- PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, 480v, sensors, ac/dc motors, electrical circuitry
- Great customer service experience and focus
- $80,000-$95,000 5% bonus
