Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, help guides, and online documentation for software applications.
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Assist in providing software support by addressing user queries related to documentation and product usage.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer
- Must have experience working for an Email Automation Software Company or marketing automation company.
- Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience offering software support would be a plus
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) products is a plus.
