Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineering Manager to lead our test engineering team (4-7 people). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing testing processes, developing testing strategies, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met for our RF and optoelectronic devices & manufacturing (Fab) processes. This role requires strong leadership abilities and technical expertise in RF testing, DC, Reliability and data analysis.

This role requires strong leadership abilities and technical expertise in RF testing, DC, Reliability and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the test engineering team in the development and execution of test plans and strategies.
- Manage the testing process for RF and optoelectronic manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement test automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in testing.
- Coordinate with R&D teams to ensure test requirements are aligned with product specifications.
- Analyze test data and provide insights to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Oversee the documentation of testing processes, results, and findings to maintain thorough records and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any testing-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Master's degree of PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 6 years dedicated test engineering, specifically in RF and optoelectronic testing for semiconductor fabrication (big plus)
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts, device modeling, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with Matlab, Cadence Layout Tools, and /or LabView for data analysis and test automation.
- Familiarity with testing techniques such as DC curves, load pull, and reliability testing.
- Experience with GaN, HFET, HBT devices, wafer fabrication processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
