Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tower Foreman to lead our field crews in the construction, maintenance, and repair of cell towers. The Tower Foreman will oversee daily operations on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the field, with extensive experience in both tower construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of tower technicians on-site.
• Oversee the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and equipment.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage daily operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to foster professional development.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other team members.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time (e.g., timesheets, work reports, safety inspections).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during tower maintenance and repair activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in tower maintenance
• Knowledge of antenna, cellular, and cell site technologies
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Clean and valid driver's license and the ability to travel to locations
