- Candidates that complete the questionnaire will be prioritized in the review process
- Develop comprehensive traffic simulation plans to support transportation and infrastructure projects
- Assist with or coordinate traffic and transportation studies on highways, freeways, and other thoroughfares
- Perform traffic flow analysis and related calculations
- Provide technical guidance, oversight, and solutions for transportation projects
- Analyze existing and future traffic conditions to develop and implement solutions to improve traffic flow and safety
- Assist in the development of traffic signal timing plans
- Conduct research and review of traffic simulation tools such as VISSIM, AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with other engineers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are carried out effectively
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) registration preferred
- Advanced knowledge of traffic simulation tools such as VISSIM, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Knowledge in the guidelines of the DOT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
