Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and transactional documents
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing
- Engage in public-private partnerships and municipal finance projects
- Advise clients on legal issues related to regulatory compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, client-driven solutions
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of transactional legal experience, with exposure to public finance or related sectors preferred
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
