We are a premier real estate closing firm with 11 locations throughout Metro Atlanta. We are involved in many areas of and types of real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, refinances, construction loan closings, acquisition and development, foreclosures and evictions. We have represented buyers, sellers, lenders and developers in the Metro-Atlanta area since 1998.
We are looking for a Transactional Attorney to join our team!
Role Description
You will review title work, problem solve, draft legal documents, conduct closings and collaborate with real estate agents and lenders. Applicants must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.

Qualifications
- 5 years of transactional experience (preferably real estate but transactional management would be ok (corporate, M&A, Commercial).
- Juris Doctor
- Georgia Bar Admission
- In or close to Braselton
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and procedures

Salary : $135,000 - $175,000
