Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and develop project plans based on client needs and damages encountered.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and IICRC standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.
- Experience in water damage mitigation and disaster restoration.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing commercial projects.
- IICRC Certification is required.
- Familiarity with Xactimate.
- Prior travel experience, with the ability to adapt to different locations and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Base Salary ($85K-$115K)
