The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor their execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and deliverables for stakeholders.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mixed-use, office, data center, K-12, schools, science, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across various locations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

Salary : $115,000 - $170,000
