Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites as needed.
