Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across various locations, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. This role requires frequent travel to job sites and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders and management.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage projects in various locations.
- Experience in overseeing educational institutions and public works projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
