Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, schedules, and work plans.
- Manage resources and materials effectively to ensure project timelines are met.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Inspect construction sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in commercial, light industrial and municipal projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Experience with K-12 educational and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus.
