Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of construction projects at various sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports as required.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Lead and mentor on-site personnel to foster a productive work environment.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Experience in demolition and bridge construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as needed.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
