Traveling Superintendent (Electrical Construction)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent with expertise in electrical construction to oversee and manage our projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical installations are executed to the highest standards, adhere to safety regulations, and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical construction activities on-site.
• Manage and oversee onsite teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications related to electrical systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Provide training and guidance to electrical crews on best practices and safety protocols.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in electrical construction projects.
• Commercial and industrial electrical construction, Hyperscale Data Center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with NEC codes and MEP systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
