Traveling Superintendent - Pre Engineered Metal Buildings

If you are a Traveling Construction Superintendent with Commercial and or Industrial experience please read on! Structural steel or pre engineered metal building experience is a plus! Our Headquarters is in Madera, CA but we do projects all over the country.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced GC Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and report on status to upper management
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications
• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Facilitate communication between project teams and clients
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Experience with commercial, industrial, public works, pre engineered metal buildings and Aviation projects is a plus
