Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent - Remediation to oversee and manage remediation projects across various locations. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, including EM-385 guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and team members.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and project estimates.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in remediation projects.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, dirtwork, and heavy civil construction processes.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience working with federal agencies such as USACE and NAVFAC is highly desirable.
- Certification as a Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
