We are a leading and award winning Marine Construction Company that specializes in Dredging Solutions for various projects. We were founded in 2009 and have already scaled our company to close to 500 employees given our success and expansion in projects. These projects include dredging waterways and shipdocks to major construction and expansion projects. A majority of our work is done around Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana.
Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent for USACE Dredging will oversee and manage dredging projects across various locations, ensuring compliance with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards and regulations. The role focuses on maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality while leading a team of construction professionals in the marine environment. This will be a traveling role with a rotational schedule of 14 days on and then 7 days off where we will cover travel expenses to and from your home base!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on dredging projects to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor crews for efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections.
- Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to address concerns and updates.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required by USACE and other regulatory bodies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marine Construction or Dredging Projects.
- USACE experience is required to get on site for our projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and RMS.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Federal Certifications are a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
