Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing updates to upper management as needed.
- Ensure the quality of work meets the standards set forth in project specifications and client expectations.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with Pre-engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and building codes.
- Experience with metal building design and steel erection preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations as needed.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
