Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation for project progress and performance metrics.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on grocery stores and big box retail projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
