Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Manage and schedule resources, including workforce and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
