Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction projects in the cold storage facility to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards within the facility.
- Lead and mentor a team of process operators and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and scale-up processes.
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics related to cold storage operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cold storage processes and equipment.
- Experience with energy management systems and alternative energy solutions is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments.

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
