We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, preparing cases for trial, and developing legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. This role requires strong advocacy skills and a deep understanding of trial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cases in court including opening statements, witness examinations, and closing arguments.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to client needs and case specifics.
- Manage case files, including documentation and evidence presentation, ensuring all materials are prepared for court.
- Negotiate settlements and plea agreements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice throughout the trial process.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of civil procedure and criminal law.
- Experience in case management and discovery processes.

Salary : $140,000 - $225,000
