- Independently manage probate and trust administration cases
- Collaborate with Senior Associate Attorney on complex probate and trust litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Advise clients on the merits of their cases
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
- Willingness to learn and adapt to firm policies, procedures, and specialized practice areas
- Post-Training: Transition to our Corona office with the option for a hybrid remote schedule.
