Vice President of Tree Care

The Vice President of Tree Operations will oversee all aspects of our tree care services, including strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of arboriculture, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for tree care operations.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of arborists and tree care professionals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in tree care practices.
