Job Title: VP of Information Security

Hourly Range: $240,000 - $290,000

The VP of Information Security will be responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and enforcing information security and data governance standards and policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the information security team in executing security initiatives, risk assessments, and incident response activities.
• Establish and maintain an information security governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee data security measures, identity and access management (IAM), and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate security risks and the effectiveness of security controls.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior information security role, preferably as a Vice President or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of data security, IAM, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
