Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of HR Technology to lead our HRIS initiatives and drive the implementation of cutting-edge HR technology solutions. This role will focus on optimizing our Workday HRIS and HCM systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday HRIS and HCM systems.
- Driving HR tech roadmap while rolling up sleeves to execute D2D work
- Mentoring 3 direct reports & 2 external consultants
- Drive HR technology strategy and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and analyze current processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements in HR technology.
- Oversee system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
- Facilitate the development of functional design specifications for system enhancements.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team building and performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR technology team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in HR technology management, with a focus on Workday implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS and HCM modules, including configuration and optimization.
- Proven experience in driving HR technology strategy and managing large-scale implementations.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in process analysis and gap analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various departments.
- Experience in team building, mentoring, and developing HR technology professionals.

Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
