Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients in workers compensation cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on workers compensation laws and regulations in Colorado.
- Appear in court and administrative hearings on behalf of clients as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- 3 years of Colorado Workers' Compensation law or 5 years in another state
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.

Salary : $120,000 - $200,000
