Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of insurance underwriting experience, specifically in Workers' Compensation.
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)/Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certifications are preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate applications for workers' compensation insurance coverage.
- Analyze risk factors and determine appropriate premiums.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents and brokers.
- Review claims history and loss reports to make informed underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with the claims department to address underwriting concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for underwriting decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years experience in insurance underwriting, specifically in Workers' Compensation.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
