Job Summary
The Technical Program Manager will provide technical and operational support to programs supporting our Intel and Federal Customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage programs with system development specifically building and configurating racks of hardware. High performance computing experience a plus.
- Lead the technical solutions for our key proposal and business opportunities.
- Lead our responses to technical RFIs and Data Calls.
- Work closely with Subject Matter experts, Senior Management, and with Business Development professionals to develop and document solutions.
- Work with the Team to determine tasks, resources, and time required to accomplish the implementation of technical projects.
- Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop COTS/GOTS – based system requirements specifications.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Poly.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Science or related discipline from an Accredited College or University.
- Years of experience may be substituted for the Degree requirement.
- 5 years of Technical Leadership Experience with Technical Teams.
- 5 years' experience in Solutions-Development Programs.
- Strong experience analyzing system requirements and leading design and development activities.
- HPC Experience - Nice to Have.
- Experience providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design and technology.
- Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) research, findings, and offer recommendations to : the Technical Team, Management, and the Customer.
- Ability to identify potential risks, opportunities, and issues of importance related to assigned projects.
- Demonstrated experience concurrently managing a Portfolio of Cross-Team Projects consisting of Internal Resources, Second Party and Government Personnel.
- Experience incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Experience guiding users in formulating requirements, identifying alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies.
