CyberCore is currently seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that streamline operations and drive organizational efficiency. In this role, you will manage projects from initial concept to successful deployment, leveraging your expertise in and process automation, data modeling, API integration and secure data transmission. You will play a critical role in modernizing / automating workflows, developing intuitive reporting tools, and creating data visualizations that enhance productivity and empower decision-making. With a passion for technology and a collaborative approach, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver impactful solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage development of business process and business analytics related IT projects from concept to deployment.
- Provide vision for systemwide modernization focused on migrating manual and redundant processes to integrated and automated system driven workflows using RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and implement custom solutions such as service delivery automation, integration with stakeholder systems, project reporting and analytics platforms.
- Analyze and understand business needs, prioritize product features, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Lead roadmap development, backlog management and both internal and external stakeholder engagement.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
