Job Description
CyberCore is looking for a dynamic Process Automation Developer to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that streamline operations and drive organizational efficiency. In this role, you will manage projects from initial concept to successful deployment, leveraging your expertise in data modeling, API integration, secure data transmission, and process automation. You will play a critical part in modernizing workflows, developing intuitive reporting tools, and creating data visualizations that empower decision-making. With a passion for technology and a collaborative approach, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver impactful solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development of business process and business analytics related IT projects from concept to deployment.
- Provide vision for systemwide modernization focused on migrating manual and redundant processes to integrated and automated system driven workflows.
- Develop and implement custom solutions such as service delivery automation, integration with stakeholder systems, project reporting and analytics platforms.
- Analyze and understand business needs, prioritize product features, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Lead roadmap development, backlog management and both internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in data management/migration, data modeling, API integration, or visualization
- Must have experience in developing automation flows to optimize business processes
- Proven ability to lead successful projects and deliver impactful outcomes
- Experience with SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript or Web Interface Console (WIC)
- Experience with some or all of Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence software, SharePoint, MS Visio
Desired Skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Information Technology or related field
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is highly desired

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
