The ServiceNow Developer / Team Lead tasks :
- Gather and document requirements / specifications from teams
- Creating custom workflows
- Build service requests to meet requirements
- Generate views and reports as needed
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Perform system, integration, and 508 compliance testing
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
- Assess existing ServiceNow usage and recommend forward evolution to maximize efficiencies
- Create scripts to automate tasks
- Train and mentor junior team members

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $196,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
