Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Hardware Exchange Counter (L1)
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Summary:
We are looking to hire a skilled L1 Customer Service Representative at our B20 Hardware Exchange Counter to assist our clients with pickups and dropoffs of computer hardware. The main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers picking up and dropping off hardware to the B20 Hardware Exchange Counter.You will be required to work on-site and assist with several different types of scenarios. For any interaction,proper documentation is required. This self-motivated candidate will follow defined departmental policies/procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems
● Meet with customers per scheduled Calendar to assist with pick ups, drop offs, and hardware swaps
● Work independently on assignments and report progress to your supervising manager
● Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and environment for ongoing improvements
● Update ticket notes in OPUS and ServiceNOW
● Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Education/Experience:
● 1 year Customer Service experience
● 1 years of IT related experience
● Customer Service and experience working directly with customers is a must.
● Attention to detail and good note taking skills
● Able to multitask and juggle handling multiple users
● Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
● Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines consistently
● Should have the ability to work under pressure and should be flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment
● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple hardware and software issues is a plus
● Excellent communication skills are required
● General knowledge of gSuite (gDocs, gSheets, gMail), Microsoft Office or similar platforms required
